Migrate from Existing Installation to DeepSeek

If you already have OpenCode installed (version >= v1.14.24 recommended), simply configure the provider to DeepSeek in the terminal interface:

  1. Execute the opencode command
  2. Type /connect in the input box, then enter deepseek and select the provider
  3. Enter your DeepSeek API Key
  4. Select the DeepSeek-V4-Pro model

Install OpenCode from Scratch

  1. For installation instructions, please refer to the OpenCode download page. After installation, ensure you upgrade to >= v1.14.24.
  2. Execute the opencode command
  3. Type /connect in the input box, then enter deepseek and select the provider
  4. Enter your DeepSeek API Key
  5. Select the DeepSeek-V4-Pro model
